Staffing Support Provided at Hillsborough Flats
The following support services will be available for each Resident to access:
- Daily outreach support package will be available for each Resident from outreach support workers;
- Access to 24-hour support via telephone;
- Each Resident will have an experienced worker to act as a Keyworker, and a monthly support plan, targets and a monthly progress report completed with the Resident;
- For Parent and Child Placements, support is also provided regarding parenting skills and in ensuring that the Child’s welfare is safeguarded and promoted;
- Regular meetings will be arranged for residents (facilitated by outreach support workers);
- Activities/trips with Residents individually or jointly in line with individual Support Plans;
- Regular liaison and advocacy with professionals;
A handbook is available for each Resident, providing details of the property, its area, expectations of residents etc. and this is regularly reviewed and updated through the Residents meetings and consultation.
