Hillsborough Flats - Objectives 1. To provide high quality accommodation to meet the individual needs of each Resident through individual flats or flatlets. 2. To advise, assist and support each Resident in living independently in all areas of their lives. 3. To provide each Resident with the emotional support to assist them in living independently. 4. To encourage care and respect for neighbours and the community. 5. To support each Resident in using opportunities for employment, education or training schemes. 6. For Residents with a Child, additional support will be available to assist the Resident in developing.their parenting skills and in ensuring that the Child’s welfare is safeguarded and promoted. 7. To prepare Residents for living independently with minimum support. |
