Parenting Assessment: Negotiated separately and if necessary undertaken by an experienced and qualified Social Worker.

Level of Staffing Support: Daily outreach visit and 24 hour telephone support.  Provided on site is staff accommodation.

Length of Placement: Not specified

Accommodation: 5 self independent flats each with individual entrances.

Facilities:
Each flat has its own bathroom and newly fitted kitchen including a cooker, fridge and washing machine. Basic furnishings will be provided and each flat has a new individual gas central heating system, and separate electricity and gas meters.

Additional Services:
A monthly support plan and independence program is developed with each young person to further develop the skills required. A Monthly Review Report is written with the young person and a copy is sent to the funding authority.
